The Underground City mod

This isnt really a 'group' project, but more of, I need help from one or two people scripting on my mod. They would have to be online often, because I have a weird on-line schedule.

 

My mod:

I made a whole new region, just east of Azuras Coast Region. Its called 'Boehthiah (sp?) Region' and there is an underground city called The Underground City. =o) There are a few hidden walls that I need help scripting so they move up or down at the touch of a switch (any object, havent figured one out yet) and some other things I cant think of at the moment. Basically the story of the Underground City is that this Dunmer lady (dangit- I cant remember her name. I'll get it once I get to my Morrowind computer tomorrow) found many people around Vvardenfell that have suffered a major tragity (I'm sorry- I cant spell some words good =oP ) and are feeling either suicidal or just down in the dumps. She will give you gold and other stuff if you go and cheer them up, but she will also reveal a secret of the City that she just recently found out about.

 

The city includes: (or will include- I'm not very far yet, but i have great ideas for it)

-Alchemist

-Smith

-Mages transport service

-Kwama queen (already in- its for jobs and food)

-A terrarium (sp?) (Already in- its a somewhat large room where you can just go and enjoy nature and some animals. I need to make it bigger yet.)

-An aquarium (mainly slaughter fish- I made them not attack you)

-Pawn Shop

-Many hidden areas

-Possibly a theatre area- just an idea right now

-Many more things... I could use some help in my ideas too

 

FYI- the majority of the city is dont with Redoran rooms, but there will be caves and other things too.

 

I would really appreciate your help and will definatly include any oe who helps me in the readme. Also- if you can do journal prompts and adding/taking away stuff from the PC's inventory. This is the second mod I've been serious about. The first one was horrible (Walled City of Ald-Ruhn) and I'm sorry that I even admitted it. If you have it, once again, I'm sorry :mellow: Anyways, this should be MUCH better and will definatly blow that other mod of mine out of the water. I might need some help with doing interior placements because I can only work on it every once in a while (every Tuedsay, every other weekend and every ther Thursday *my parents are divorsed*). Hopefully if I get a new computer soon, I can work on it almost full time, but I only have 56K at my moms house, where I am the most. When I'm at my dads is when I'll be able to work with anyone who can help. Scratch what I said earlier about 'one or two' people, even 3, 4 or 5 people would be great! Just tell me what you can and cant do. Thanks! =o) (sorry this is so long!!) Basically- if there is any way you can help in any of the departments (scripting, journal prompts, interior placement *no exterior*) just tell me what all you can do and and screen names (I have AIM, YIM, MSN and ICQ) you have and how often you can work on it and/or how often you can get online. Thankies! ^_^

Hey, Adras. I'm rather new to modding as of right now, but from the one read-me and looking around with the constructor set, it looks like the invisible wall thing could be exactly what's used to keep that Icarian guy in the air at the beginning of the original game.

If you open op the game and just load Morrowind.esm he should be just north of Scyda Neen up in the air with an invisible platform keeping him up there. If you could find the code, maybe a script for him, I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to make it apear and disapear as it does in the game. The same object would probably work for your stuff too. I only have Morrowind, no expansions, but if it work, feel free to e-mail your files and I could try and help out. :D
