This is because every character I've made has self identified as an American, which from my point of view, unless you are a tribal (or a ghouled Mexican immigrant) would not make sense. Just because there's no American state doesn't mean there are no American people. So they gravitate to armor that identifies them as in the American faction, de facto if not de jure. My number 1 armor in the game, before mods, would have to be the ranger armors, but the thing is.....I like them all, so I just traveled in a squad comprised of me, my two favorite companions, us wearing my three favorite armors; Myself with Elite Riot Armor, Boone with his Advanced (To be fitting I used to have him in the usual NCR Vet Ranger, but that factional s#*! was making things difficult.) and Cass, to fit her ancestry, in Dessert Ranger armor, all of us wearing sunglasses instead of the helmet, to keep the individuality going.http://i41.tinypic.com/2iu50mf.jpg Ever since I discovered the modding community, as much as I love all of Deajones's designs, I cant quite do without the Reinforced Chinese Stealth Armorhttp://i43.tinypic.com/2wpicky.jpg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
