Malchik Posted November 25, 2004 Share Posted November 25, 2004 A search under 'particle' throws up 7 options on Morrowind Summit including Flame-Ice-Swords by Frank Myer, Ice Weapons by Evil Sorcerer and Assassins Armoury (pe arrows) by Michael HelioS Bennett.
