That is done with an entry point for the player ... ergo not possible using the same mechanics route for npc's as far as I know.

 

But you could fake it some how ... by using a knock down. Which the easiest might be a hidden unarmed weapon ?

Have a look at all the knockdown effects in game used by other npc's

Which that would take care of the victim side of things.

But the attack animation . . . not sure how to inject it into the fight sequence ... without messing with their combat styles.

I would guess the KF file , which I think all human npc's have "h2hattackcustom2power.kf" Leg sweep would look good for it.
