Question Regarding "Conflict" Files in MO2

For files being overwritten, is there any issue going to the mods found in the "Overwritten Mods" section and disabling/deleting the specific files? I am satisfied with my current load order and have no plans for adding anything else for quite some time; I'm just trying to clean things up by removing files that may not need to be there anymore.

Thanks!

Edit: I tried including a photo of what I was referring to, but it did not work so here is a imgur link instead: https://imgur.com/a/BUY5Vlw . Sorry, I've never used a forum before.

In MO2 if a file from one mod is overwritten by a file in another mod, then the first file will not be exposed to the game. It could be deleted / hidden. But as soon as you decide to not use the mod whose file is overwriting, you'll have to remember to unhide or re-install the other mod. In the long run, it is safer to leave the mods as they are, sort them as desired and only reserve hiding for those files that are overwriting the files that you do want. Always make a note somewhere of what files you hid and why.
