Help! My game has some serious problems

Recently, I didn't do anything to my mods, and suddenly the game started to have this fatal bug. Please check out the video for detail:

Basically the data of the game just no longer connected with the game anymore. All the sound are gone, the items and spells in my inventory are missing and can't equip them, the animation of different spells are wrong, the icon of the items are missing. The FX of the spells are missing(Especially spells from mods) The only thing I can do is run around I watch my surrounding. If I leave the cell, save or reload a save, or exit the game, or doing anything else, the game will freeze and eventually crash.

 

This happened randomly, about 1-3 hours it will happen again. My save file is 9.8mb, with 76 active script, no unattached instances or other error.

Note that I played my game with this load order for quite a while, from the start of my playthrough, so it's unlikely to be mod conflict or something.

If anyone has any idea about what is going on with my game, please tell me. I would be very grateful.

I don't know which version of Skyrim you're on, but presuming 1.6x+, it sounds like performing a file integrity check using the tool at Steam might be in order. This sounds like a situation well beyond your average mod contention.
