which model/texture should i use

im having a hard time deciding which model i want to use

 

im looking for 1 that has alot of mods/clothing/ammor for it

and more realistic

Fortunately those three all have very similar uv maps so clothes are easily used from one whith the other. Type 3 is the most supported by new clothes at the moment. If that changes its easy enough to switch to a different body mod anyway :D.

 

Incidently, I know that if you set up a new race you can give your pc unique textures from the npc's, for their head body etc. but what about body mesh? Could your npc have a unique nude mesh while a more general one is used for the npcs? With all the variety dimon is showing in his new WIP pics I could see it being fun to role play as a character of a specific size/shape be it thin/fat/muscular whatever, but having all the naked raider bodies piling up around you the exact same 'unique' shape would break the illusion somewhat.

Type 3 has the most compatibility with custom clothing and armor.

 

Type V comes with a conversion of all vanilla clothing and armor.

 

But they're also interchangeable, so you can both Type V's vanilla conversions as well as the Type 3 custom meshes.

Type V and Type 3 are "compatible", in the sense that they use the same normal map. Sure, you'll find your char having smaller breasts when using a type-V-Converted armor if you're using type 3 as base, but in reality, it won't be noticeable.

Same for Babe here. So, Babe/Type3/TypeV are the mainstream Body Replacers with most armors, support and community attention. Malos has a small fanbase too. Everything else is pretty much exotic. However, UF3 Six Female Bodies is a very good Body Replacer too for those who like it closer to reality. Great Modding Ressource.

Personally, I think Dimonized looks the best. But I went with BABE, because I could get bigger breasts AND a vanilla armor replacer from Luchaire for most everything you'll see in the game. Dimonized seems to have the most custom clothes (bikini's, sexy outfits) out there right now, but I'd rather start with something that replaces the vanilla stuff first. Then you've got Malos and a few others....yep, hard to choose.

To be specific, which one has the best selection of non power armor/metal/leather armors for a male model? I will have a female too in my mod but its the male support that is of most concern to me as he is the primary character, I am not fussed about him having custom power armor but I could use a couple of outfits for him.
