I think it try to get the MMM mods going while I already have other mods in place. I currently play Oblivion on Ultra High Settings with 4096 Rez textures/meshes without problem. I'm thinking of doing a full clean uninstall and install again then get the MMM, Better Cites and other main Mods in place then just back up the data folder and .ini file for future use.
