Passive xp mod

i tried to do it myself but i have 0 experience modding :P

it shouldn't be very difficult

i want a mod that gives passively 50xp to the player every two in-game weeks, maybe through a terminal o pipboy menu to activate and deactivate it anytime

any help will be welcome
