Random New NPCs. Can't figure out where they're from. Any clues?

So I've been seeing a bunch of new NPCs around, mainly of beast races, but I recently met a Dunmer (Eveylana) and a Breton (Roxelle) in New Gnisis Corner Club (along with Beeele the Argonian). I'm stumped because I don't have 3DNPC or Interesting NPCs installed. I've also looked through my recently installed mods and still haven't figured it out. Is it possible to maybe use their RefIDs to figure out what mods they're from?

Open the console, click on the NPCs in question. The first four digits (at least that's what I think) reference the position of the mod, that adds those NPCs, in your current load order.

 

Beware, these are hexadecimal numbers. Most mod managers should be able to display load order in hexadecimal numbers though. Vortex at least does, so you can find out, where these NPCs come from.

Ive noticed the new npcs start appearing I think the higher you level and sometimes multiples
