Mod Problem...

Ok, this one is strange. In Megaton, if I attack somebody, the town becomes hostile. But for some reason (and it happens often) some of the people will draw their weapons, but the weapon will float a few inches away from their hands. http://i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq299/D...ScreenShot6.jpg. When this happens, they are unable to attack and all they do is either move back and forth and say things like "you like that, you b@stard?" as if they are attacking me, or run away if they take enough damage. Now, this doesn't just happen with Megaton settlers, even named Megaton characters, particularly Nathan. I haven't played too much of the game yet (actually, I'm waiting on MAJOR bug fixes, as well as Broken Steel to come out for the level cap increase, to really "play" the game) so I haven't been able to test this on other settlements, tho it doesn't occur for raiders. I also went to meresti train station and clubbed vance across the head with a sledgehammer, and the whole place erupted in gunfire. In other words, it didn't occur there either. I have a bunch of mods, and I thought that was the problem, so i played without any mods installed, and it didn't occur even in Megaton, tho somehing I noticed was that some people still won't attack, and will still act as tho the glitch is occuring, but they are HOLDING their weapons, and it doesn't happen nearly as much as if I had all of my mods active. When the glitch DOES occur, killing, then resurrecting the person ALWAYS fixes it. Here is my mod list/order... Any help will be appreciated, and sorry for it being so lengthy

mmm you have a lot of mods....It may be one of them....try to uncheck all and activate one...try game, 2, try game, 3, try game... etc...
