A gateway between hard distanations & your players house

I was wondering if somebody could make a passage way with instant linkgage between your player home, custom and tenpenny and megaton house, either a door way, door mat or sewer plate you'd drop where you'd need it that would add a marker on the game map or take you instantly to your house or hard distanation!, a gate way you'd say!..
