uber loot in every locker

I've got a lot of mods, and one of them is very unbalancing, making every locker contain top loot. I've tried looking through the descriptions and so forth to pin down which one is causing the trouble, but there's just too many. I've taken a screenshot of the loot contents of a typical locker. Since unticking and reticking every mod to find the problem is going to take hours, I was wondering a) has anyone seen this before or b) how would you most efficiently troubleshoot it?

I have only downloaded mods that seemed to have a high rating and/or # of downloads so i would have thought that they were bug free but i guess i've missed something.

I apologise for the long list; i used to know how to make it a drop down or similar but none of the options (spoiler etc) seemed to format the text that way.

I am using the following:

Containers don't "spawn" their contents until opened the first time i believe (or was it on cell enter?), meaning you need a save before opening a container for testing purposes.

Either a mod changed container contents directly, or a mod changed the leveled lists for containers. By the childish look of it i'd say ts the former. Open ALL your mods in the GECK. navigate to containers, and check them up. If you see the loot change there directly, then simply write down in a sheet of paper the "baseid" and the "editorID" of the edited containers.

Now, you need fo3edit. Again, with this lil friend, open all your mods, and navigate over fallout3.esm to the edited containers. Once you've found them, you'll see on the right side of the window each and every mod that edits them, how do they edit them, and what do they do. Finding the culprit shouldnt be hard.

While # of downloads is somewhat accurate, it is by no means the best choice, nor are ratings. I know it takes time, but you probably want to read the description, check the comments to see how compatible it is, and then compare to other mods that do the same or similar, and pick one.

You'll also probably want to remake your load order, if what i'm seeing is your load order. A proper load order ensures that mod conflicts are resolved the way you want them to.
