Just recently, I installed the Beautiful People 2ch edition and everything is wonderful but there is one problem...my main character profile, which happens to be a wolf elf (url here - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16988) is now missing their eyes along with the ice elves that come with that mod. They show up, but the problem is that they're white, but not pure white, but it's like they've rolled their eyes into the back of their heads. It's funny because nothing else is affected. It's ONLY those two races that are affected. All the other races are fine, there are no other issues with anything else (at least none that I've caught). So I was wondering if someone might have an idea of what the problem could be, and/or if there was a way without fixing it (without actually removing BP2ch or the wolf/ice elves). If removing one of them is the ONLY way to go, then I guess I'll have to trash my main profile and start all over again, but I'd really rather not need to resort to that. LFact Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 BP 2ch replaces eye meshes to Elaborate Eyes meshes just like original BP. Check if you installed it correctly, and make sure you don't use any other eye addon or cosmetic mod that uses default eye meshes. Oh, and... BP 2ch has some extra races, one of which is Wolf Elf. HAKUIZM Posted April 16, 2009 Author Share Posted April 16, 2009 Okay, I'm no expert with mods; i'm a drag-n-drop person but I did check through anyways and to what I looked at, everything seemed to be in order. Even though I tried turning off Cacupines Character expansion, which is an eye addon, it's still the same. I do understand that there is a wolf elf in the BP pack, but it's not the same kind (they have different physical features [my wolf elf=furry ears/no tail // bp wolf elf=regular ears/tail]), and since I'm also making a machinima, I can't really afford to change something like the main character; at least not without remaking everything. Normally, I wouldn't make too much of a big deal out of something like this, but since I'm making a machinima, it's kind of a big deal to me and I need to address it. I would take out BP until I finish my series, but I'm also making a machinima using one of the races from BP, so I've kind of dug a hole for myself. It just bothers me so much that the ONLY races affected are the ones that matters the most :wallbash: Thanks for the advice anyways. I'll continue to try to look into it. bben46 Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Most eye problems are related to having too many 'beauty' type mods installed. Each one wants to control how the eyes look and you get something strange. black eyes, no eyes, googly eyes, strange color etc. Look for mods such as 'beautiful people' and any custom race mod. disable all of them and see if you get the vanilla eyes back.
