Zorkaz
Is there a way to make an interior wet from the start. As if it has rained or it's very steamy
nzukowski
I'd also be very interested in any tips or insight folks might have to offer on this.
DieFeM
That's the way I've got wet surfaces enabled (basically tell the game it's raining without any rain effects) in 3 steps: - You need a custom rainy weather. Create a new one and, in the Precipitation tab, set it as "ActualRain", mark "Rain Occlusion" and in Weather Classification set "Rainy" and save it. - Then create a new region, in the Weather tab, add your custom Weather in the list, and set Chance to 100 for it. - Now go to the cell in the Cell View window, right click on it and "Edit". In the Lighting tab check the "Show Sky" checkbox and select your custom rainy region. That's it.
