StealthDick
A Bethesda Art File (BSA) is basically just a big archive full of textures, models, or sound files. Download Fallout Mod Manager, Paint.net, and NifSkope. - Fallout Mod Manager will open the .BSA.- Paint.net will open any .dds file in the .BSA- NifSkope will open the .nif files in the .BSA
