High level chars.

There is a guy on these boards who went up over level 600. He would get all his attributes up to 100 and then get arrested and serve time to bring them down. He kept repeating this to gain more levels. Saldrex is his user name. He had everyone else's high level characters beat by a mile.

I have one character who made it to level 61. I usually retire each PC at level 40 to 50 and start a new character. I think the challenge of the normal game goes down at high levels. It would get boring at level 200 unless you like to do things like wipe out all the Ordinators in Vivec with an iron dagger while wearing only an expensive skirt.

t2k2004, we have a useful search facility that would answer your question. But as it is the season of good will I will tell you.

You take an item with a constant effect fortify attribute. You equip it and go to any master trainer who trains a skill dependent on that attribute that is also one of your major or minor skills.

You train. Although you cannot train above 100 without a mod you can train repeatedly getting the message 'you have reached level 100'. Each training will give you a point for levelling up. There is no limit to this (except the amount of training you can afford).

If you have companions that you can train they may also go over level 100.

Whilst it is not cheating it certainly unbalances the game and is only suitable IMO for a few of those ridiculous uber-battle mods some modders have made.
