ChalkLine
I was wondering, if the Oblivion engine sources its body mesh from a single folder, would it be possible to have a variety of body meshes in that file - there's a bewildering variety out there - and NPCs randomly get a body mesh? This came about when I was looking through the mods and I thought it must be kind of unusual to live in a world where all the females had vast breasts, breasts coming in a variety of sizes after all. Then it occurred to me that if you could just randomise one mesh, in this case the upper body, you could really bring about a huge variety in NPCs beyond mere breast size. However, I'm unsure exactly how Oblivion utilises the meshes. Would having new code between the engine sourcing the mesh and the actual mesh folder cause huge problems? LFact
Perhaps it can be done with scripting, but there's a problem: Clothes and Armors. When a character wears clothes or armors, his/her body meshes are replaced to those of clothing items. So, if you use a female body replacer which has C-cup breasts, but when you give her armor which has bigger breasts, you will notice her breasts are enlarged. I mean, even if you can assign various body meshes to characters via scripting, you cannot see the difference unless you take their clothes off. Well, you can check these:http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10880http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21451http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21556
