Does such a mod exist?

Hey guys,

 

So I've been trying to find a particular mod if it's even in existence. Basically, I want to know if there's mod which allows you to take down notes, like a journal if you will, or a mod which allows you to add additional map markers beyond the first, or additional map markers with notes. Does this type of mod exist. I think it was Neverwinter Nights which allowed the player to add their own notes or journal in game. The usefulness would be that you could journal your progress or even take a note down where you couldn't hack/lockpick a certain object. There's been plenty of times I've forgotten where something is which I could go back and get.

Journal / Notes: Not possible now. Not possible later.

 

Map markers is possible but tricky. You won't be able to click on the map and have a map marker magically appear there.

However, a marker that appears at the point you're standing on is, theoretically possible, tho further tinkering would be needed, but the most likely scenario is that you'd be limited to a certain number of them.

it was made for oblivion so it is possible but unlike oblivion fallout 3 doesn't allow u to read paper notes so it will have to be scripted/and all that jazz and coerce fose might have to get many updates.

Current fallout/fose lacks any text input menu. It also lacks the ability to add new menus.

The game may simply not have any kind of functional text input at all.
