It looks like you missed the download tests when doing the troubleshooting. This is one of the most important pieces of information we need to help us tell if it's a problem with one CDN node or all of them. I'm sorry, I wasn't clear, I meant this part of the template:

If your speed is slow from all servers it's likely an ISP/routing problem and you could try reporting it to your ISP or testing out a VPN. We've recently heard of ISPs "packet shaping" for some customers which artificially slows the downloads.
