Fallout 3 mod-list suggestions

Hey guys I'm new to modding Fallout 3 and I was just wondering if any of you more experienced modders out there have any advice to give me on what mod-list I should try to give me a good remastered-esque feeling Fallout 3 experience. To clarify, anything that generally improves things like graphics, gameplay, performance and quality of life are all fine but please nothing that is considered non-canon to the game. I would like for it to be as lore-friendly as possible but instead offer a more enhanced vanilla experience. So pretty much what are the near-essential mods that I should really look into or consider? As of right now the only mods I have are the following:

FOSE v1.3 b2
Fallout Anniversary Patcher
Fallout 3 Heap Replacer - F3HR
Out Of Memory Fix

Command Extender

Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing your input!

Fair enough, yeah I saw that some mods such as IStewieAI's Tweaks required v1.3 so I went ahead and got that version.

Do you happen to know if there's any mods that separate looking/turn sensitivity and aiming sensitivity? I'm trying to add aim down sights for my guns but the aiming sensitivity is the same speed as my looking/turning sensitivity and it's too fast. I need a mod that will make the aiming about half the sensitivity as my looking/turn speed.

Earlier in your recommendations I saw that you included NVAC. I had no idea that mod worked for FO3 so it's a pleasant surprise. Is there any way I can use vortex with that mod for FO3 or is it only possible to include it through manual installation?

Also is there any way to speed up the 3rd person vanity cam? It's really slow and it takes a long time to rotate it to look at my character.

I seldom if ever use a third person camera and when I do it is for screen shots using the free camera.

VORTEX may or may not install NVA C, or any FO3 mod, properly. It's really a crapshoot with installing older mods with VORTEX. You are better off manually installing it.

I went ahead and manually installed NVAC and it's working great. However I have one last issue that I've been trying to resolve for the past few days.

I have Iron Sights Plus mod enabled and working but I'm trying to find a way to separate the sensitivity for when you're looking around versus the sensitivity when you're aiming down your sights. I looked and there doesn't seem to be a mod for Fallout 3 that does this. The only one close is this one - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18994. And after reading it's description and tinkering with it in game I can't seem to get it to work. I use a gamepad controller with the steam version of Fallout 3 for reference.

This issue is easily fixed with IStewieAI's Tweaks on Fallout:New Vegas however on Fallout 3 there doesn't seem to be an option for it and no mod that I've experimented with has done the trick.
