It's not clothing though, their thighs are just colored that way.I'm sure all named female characters have it, but it's only visible on the ones we can see: Aerith, Tifa, Scarlet, Madam M, Kyrie, and Nayo.It's hard to see on Scarlet and Madam M without them disappearing, but you can easily see it on Aerith* with her flowy skirt, Tifa* & Nayo with their short skirts, and Kyrie with her short shorts. *Aerith and Tifa have the "nevernude" shorts with all their dresses too.I guess the girls with skirts would then need underwear though...In the original FFVII, Tifa had white panties.
