Made a screenie of the Textures Folder - just in case

The Path in your installation would start with c:\games\... but along with the Fallout 3 folder it should look like this, without the bikini of cause

 

Edit:

What was the "ArchiveInactivation. file (no txt)" you mentioned?

I would delete it, since Inactivation is not the thing we want to do.

 

And maybe - just to complete it - the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file in this case would look like this, don't matter where you installed Fallout.
