USSEP vs. USLEEP?

We're a bit confused on the differences between USSEP and USLEEP, figuring the first one is for Skyrim SE and the second for Skyrim LE?

 

We have not tried or used either, since we read (somewhere) that these patch the Restoration/Alchemy Level-Up Gameplay option, which we feel was purposefully programmed into the game.

 

(We base this last conclusion on certain other accelerated leveling-up mechanics included in the game, such as Soul Trap, Telekinesis, and Muffle, etc.)

You are correct. For SSE, you want USSEP.
