Extremely Slow Download Speeds

I've been having insanely slow download speeds the past couple of days. It starts off between 200 KB/s - 400 KB/s but eventually falls and fluctuates between 10 KB/s - 120 KB/s, averaging around 40 KB/s. Oddly enough, I noticed that smaller files (under 100 MBs) are usually fine with 1 MB/s - 1.5 MB/s, while larger files are the ones affected with slow speeds. I don't know think there's something wrong with the ISP either since my brother's Nexus speeds are normal (1 MB/s - 1.5 MB/s as a regular member) and we live together. Non-Nexus downloads are also fine.

It looks like your speed is slow from all of our download servers. This usually means it's a problem at your ISP or simply a routing problem. You may want to try using a VPN to see if it improves.
