House Basement Series

Hi, for those who don't know (Im guessing the majority!), I am part way through progress of re-making all the buyable houses in oblivion with the exception of Benirus Manor; and adding basements to all of those houses. Just this last week I released Bruma house basement, (still needs testers and ratings, I need to know how to improve it!)

All the links for the released houses are as of follows:

Bravil House Basement http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20674

Bruma House Basement http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23824 (latest, need testers!)

IC shack Basement http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20633

leyawiin house basement http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18350

skingrad house basement http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18647

So anyway, the question is, which next? The Chorrol buyable house, or the Cheydinhal buyable house? Which would people most like to see next? (For the best idea on what I do with them, see the Bruma house basement mod)

Which would people most like to see next and why from me?

Have your say here! What do you want to see in the buyable houses? Need suggestions!

Cheers for now.

Matt (Inggrish)

EDIT: I have decided on first doing the Chorrol house, and I am currently working on this at the momwnt. The uploaded screenshot is the work in progress. What is anyones thoughts? What could I do to improve? I need suggestions!

sorry i just had to

but honestly i think systems which order and store your stuff in a manner that one can find it again is somin i used my houses for most of the time... spell and enchanting altars are quite useful too... as are things like the frostmourne alchemy enhancer

a butler/french maid would be a nice addition aswell imo

I find the Chorrol house to be quite dissapointing; it's probably supposed to be the most luxurious house in town, but it's very small and the furniture is placed very badly. You should try adding servants. ;)

Hmm, would adding servants overbalance the house though at all?

Since Arborwatch (the Chorrol house) has a sevants quarters - and two spare beds - it's always the one people want servants added to.

The Cheydinhal house appears to have space for another room (or a basement entrance) on the lower floor, so that would be my choice for a basement addition.

Hmm ok.

I am having basements for all the houses that I am modding. As the Chorrol house has a fair bit of space anyway, I think that a nice small basement will be sufficient. Will including altars for enchanting and spellmaking overbalance the house?
