Which mods are a "must have"?

the recommendation of going light on mods the first time stands. You want to get a feeling of how your computer behaves without mods, and what vanilla features you wish to change. And add mods slowly, this way it is easier to spot problems and track it's source. and of course, fix them.

This is damn good advice.

It doesn't put you at odds, as long as you don't go to the related threads just to troll. THAT does put you at odds with both most of the nexus and moderators. It's a live and let live environment here.

Hey, I play nice. Body mods might creep the hell out of me at times but if that's the price I have to pay to be part of a community that creates such awesomeness as Enclave Commander and MMM then so be it. As you said, live and let live.

A change of pipboy menu? no, a prettier pipboy, many.

Hostler weapon? hold R.

Change weapons: hotkeys (numbers 1-8, hold and click on a gun/armor/aid item to asign).

Quickly access map, F3.

Thanks for your help.

Additionally I think I'll just try smaller fonts and an item description mod.
