Screen glitch and Chameleon textures

I was installing a ton of mods through vortex and my screen is messed up , and I have chameleon armor textures.

plus the damage was low on raiders for some reason. I installed Archive invalidation.

Is the archive invalidation that is part of Vortex enabled? If it is, you have to disable it.

 

After you installed the texture changes, did you disable then enable the standalone archive invalidation?
