Enclave Commander 0.8 CTD

Every time I try to run the game with the Enclave Commander mod activated I get the "Fallout 3 has stopped working" message. I have fallout 3 updated to the latest version and I have no other mods installed. I'm sure that I copied the files correctly (I have done this stuff quite frequently) as well. I am using Vista 64 bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vista doesn't like fallout 3, I tried to install it on my second computer, crashes when using any mods even with fose.

Sorry, but Vista is garbage, I recommend you downgrade to XP; that might sound like a bad tip but it will really make your PC better, Vista is slow, unreliable and downright annoying!

QFT.

Mods also don't like having fallout on program files.. wait, lemme rephrase it. Vista is a female dog and doesn't let mods or fose work correctly when UAC is on and/or fallout is in program files.

I have FO3 running on both my Vista rigs. The one I play on the most has close to 120 mods installed and I rarely get ctd's. I have heard it doesn't play well when installed to the default folder but, I don't have too many problems.

I do have UAC turned off though (I don't need a babysitter). It's crap and unnecessary. Game is in default directory.
