Is anyone planning on making a blood & Gore mod that doesn't require Bloodmoon or Tribunal?

I believe you didn't read the question thoroughly Rune, unless you are aware of a different Blood mod that I am not. In that case, please tell. I think you have to have Tribunal for the Blood mod to work, I have Bloodmoon and not Tribunal and it doesn't work.
