As you can see in the pic the downloads do some very weird strange speeds, I am using att hotspot and youtube etc seems to work fine.

The downloads will just sit like that in a strange pattern for hours until the download is finished just going up a tiny bit 128kbs then down, etc etc.

The only remedy sometimes is i pause the download and then resume after 5 sec it will jump up to 1mbs but then quickly dump down to barely 0kbs and go back to the same pattern
