Need Suggestion on Mods to compliment SS2 and WoTC

Hello,

 

I am coming back to the game after a long break. I am looking for Mods that work with War Of the Commonwealth and Sim Settlements 2.

 

Things I do not want:

1. Cheating or Make the game easier mods.
2. Script heavy mods
3. New or Changes to Settlements (I can make my own mods for that)
4. New Weapons and Factions
5. Cosmetic only mods

Things I want to Avoid:

1. Overhaul mods (exception is Horizon, not sure if there are any conflicts with that)
