Alexanderedge
Hi, I just reinstaled Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition after a long time playing Fallout 3 with some big mods. So, I already had the NMM and I instaled the NVSE and tried to remember how to install those mods properly. It only took me 8 hours or something, till the game finally started how it is ment to be and I saw the Doc...I Just set my start skills and killed the Geckos with this girl and saved outside the salon. I had no trouble to this point! So I guess I did everything kinda good... Till than I had those Mods in the following load order: FalloutNV.esmCaravanPack.esmClassicPack.EsmMercenaryPack.esmTribal.esmDeadMoney.esmGunRunnersArsenal.esmOldWorldBlies.esmLonesomeRoad.esmHonestHearts.esm !!! AWorldOfPain.(previem).esmMonster Wars.esmMore Perks.esmMore Traits.esmMore Perks for Companions.esmAWOPDeadMoney.espAWOPDeadMoneyVendorPatch.espMore Perks Update.espMore Traits Update.espMore P.f. Companions Update.espMore Perks Update (German).espPerks per du.esp ( Get a perk every Level)WeaponsModsExpanded.espWMX-ModernWeapons.espWMX-MW-GRA.espWMX-GunRunnersArsenal.espWMX-DeadMoney.espWMX-HonestHearts.espWMX-PreOrderPackClassic.esp"-"Merc.esp"-"Tribal.esp"-"Caravan.espWMX-LonesomeRoad.esp And today I added "DK_BulletTime_NV.esp" between AWOPDeadMoneyVendorPatch.esp"DK_BulletTime_NV.esp"MorePerks Update.esp And now it came to the fight between Goodspring/Gringo and the Powdergangers. And my Problem is that everyone can kill them exept me.... I need like more than 10 full clipps with the 9mm to kill ONE of them. I tried to disable the BulletTime Mod but it didn't helped. I tried to google it but I only found stuff about explosive bugs. Maybe Its because of my load order, but I don't know what should be loaded first. Or do I miss something? I'm greatfull for every post. Thanks for reading  EDIT: There might be a fight between AWorlOfPain and WMX? Edited October 25, 2013 by Alexanderedge
drithius
AWOP adds higher DT armor to those powder gangers, as well as increasing their respective levels. You simply need to level up more and/or make use of headshots. And, if it were me, I would definitely not be using either Monster Wars or AWOP for a first playthrough of FNV; you're completely changing game balance. Alexanderedge
I already played New Vegas for more than 300 hours, even with the same mods. Thats not the point. And I have to correct myself: ... more than 10 clipps in the HEAD with the 9mm from 1 feet .... Thats 13 x 10 = 130 head shots.... C'mon... you can't say that I just need to lvl or its because of the balancing... Edit: I didn't found any conflicts in the Load Order, still I got myself a Merged Patch. I can kill the Mole Rats in the AWOP Goodspring sewers with 1-3 bullets, just like Geckos, but humanoide NPCs are nearly undefeatable. Edit: Actually I found some conflicts in a second look. Honest Hearts is kinda messed up or some Dialoges are marked as a conflict. Duno. I found out that all the Goodspring people and Joe Cobe(lvl 16) and his gangers(lvl 8 ) are the only one with changed stats. I can kill every NPC from Vanilla NV with Max. 8 Bullets somewhere in the Body. Just Goodspring and new AWOP NPCs take over 100 bullets. I guess its AWOP and I did a mistake somewhere in the instalation or i miss something. Edited October 26, 2013 by Alexanderedge
bjornl
Are you shooting free-hand or via VATS? I am wondering if some conflict is making the head and/or other bodyparts not selectable? Most likely this is not the cause. I would bet they are simply too high in level. If you have played 300 hours then I am sure you have noticed that as both your level and skills increase it gets progressively easier to kill. This is not Call of Duty but an RPG with guns. Alexanderedge
See what I'd just found... I'll try it. INSTALLATION:Drag AWorldOfPain(Preview).esm to the Fallout NV data folder. Select from the data menu on startup or use FOMM in the same manner. Launch game & enjoy.[WARNING 01: NEXUS MOD MANAGER Auto-Install function does not seem to work properly with this mod. Use the manual drag & drop process outline
bjornl
I use AWOP with NMM. I switched to NMM because I had problems with FOMM many mods which are not in FOMOD file format work fine in NMM but did not work in FOMM for me. I have not had any problems with AWOP and I do not use drag and drop but the add with mod manager.
Alexanderedge
Fixed it. I installed AWOP via Copy and past and the rest of my mods with NMM. A new merged patch showed me some new fixes and stuff that has missing before. Now I am able to kill them, still it takes some time because now I have to lvl and skill ^^But at least my bullets affect there health bar so... Thanks for reading and helping :) cya
