No, the message you saw is a timeout. This is a connection problem, not a ban. Please try the tests in the article I posted to see if we can work out the issue :)

Thanks for providing those results. It seems you can no longer access any of our non-Premium download servers anywhere in the world.

 

This is looking more and more like an ISP fault, so you may want to contact your service provider for further assistance. As you can browse the website and forums, your IP is definitely not blocked on our end.

Not really, they may not have done it on purpose. Your request has to pass through lots of different PC hardware to make the roundtrip from to our server and back. It could also be the routes they use have some kind of fault.
