Practical Armor for Women?

Depending on what do you mean with ''practical'':

A practiaal can be a gladiator, if you mean practical for battles.

Or naked with strange body-paints in order to call the mighty gods and perform magic.

Or a catsuit to be practical for stealth missions.

I think by practical he means non revealing. The skimpy armor mods don't really look like they would offer the wearer much protection. I think we all can agree with that.

The CBBE mod list could be a good place to start for new armours; just avoid anything I described as 'skimpy' or 'revealing'. Pretty much everything in the 'Other Bodies' section is non-skimpy.

For replacers that remove the 'boob plates', Calyps has converted a number of outfits for his/her 'CNHF' body replacers. You can find a number of them here, and a few more here. Be aware that the CNHF is very, very muscular/bulky compared to almost all other body mods, so the proportions between the outfit conversions and any female bodies you have could be quite different.

Jeir, where is this "CBBE mod list"? Are you talking about doing a search? Or is there an actual list somewhere?

I really like the idea of NPCs who have curves who don't have a need to expose those curves.

There has been a mod list in the 'Forums' tab on the CBBE mod page for more than a year. I update it often. =)
