Texture or UV problems

When i'm importing gloves into max - i get this strange bug with texture. I've tried different import settings but can't figure out how to fix it.

Problem can be that the UV map not supports current texture, that you apply to the mesh. Send you PM, with questions just ask. Edited by drusvak

Seems it could be a simple case of the UV map being flipped vertically - if you're importing an .obj into max from nifskope this could be your issue. I suggest using niftools and importing .nif files directly.

 

Whatever the case, apply the unwrapuv modifier and first see what your UVs actually look like. This should go a long way towards helping you identify just what is going on.
