Armor and Weapons Mods Invisible/Not Showing?

Hello everyone!

I just installed The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Legendary Edition (1.9.32.0.8) with all official DLC's including the High Resolution Texture Pack.

I also installed the program BOSS and ran a scan and it showed that everything was okay and in working order for all installed plugins.

 

Everything installed smoothly and the game runs fine.

The problem though... Is that I have recently tried running these mods:
"Black Swordsman Armor" by Vie101010

"Daedric Armor and weapon Improvement" by GarryG

 

The Black Swordsman Armor showed up and allowed me to craft it but when I equipped it just appeared invisible!

Nothing could be seen except my floating head.

 

The Daedric Armor and weapon Improvement doesn't show ANY of the weapons or armor when I look for it under "daedric" at the SkyForge!

I tried running the console command for help to find the ID's and it only showed me the Royal Weapons. When I equipped them they were invisible as well.

 

Now I am pretty sure that I extracted the files into the proper DATA folder under "skyrim" I watched a lot of videos explaining how to do it. I also made sure that it was enabled under DATA when you start Skyrim. I also double checked to make sure the folders appeared in Textures and Meshes. Everything seems completely perfectly executed. But the game says other wise...

 

Is there ANYONE out there that can help me? I have spent hours already in vain trying to figure this out and find the answer to no avail.

Please any help would be immensely appreciated.

 

If you guys need more information I could even post a video recording of everything installed and how it shows up invisible in-game.

For the daedric armor and weapons, check your CK and make sure the recipes for crafting those items are linked to the actual items. I had a similar issue with a custom piece of armor where the modder had included the piece of armor and the recipe but, the recipe didn't actually make anything so, it didn't show up at the forge. If it specifically needs to be made at the skyforge, there's also the possibility that it requires the ability to make skyforge steel and if you haven't unlocked that then you're not going to get those recipes since there's a big difference between making skyforge steel and using the skyforge.

 

I would also suggest uninstalling them and then getting the nexus mod manager and installing them with that if you're new to modding. A lot of mods on here work with it and some even have scripts added to them so you can select which aspects of those mods you want included in your game, making it pretty pain free.

Hello fella's, sorry to necro this thread, but I'm having a similar issue. I've checked the load order, I've reinstalled used NMM, I've started with what few mods I have deactivated here and there to ensure nothing was directly conflicting, and I just don't know what the problem is.

 

It shows up as a craftable item at the forge, but there's not icon for it, and equipping such just causes the body to go invisible.

Nothing? I checked in the CK, and it does show up there. This goes for all armor type mods, bandoliers and such included. They're in the game, I can craft them, I can equip them, but they make the body part in question invisible. Dropping it into the world causes it to simply poof as well I believe.

 

It's not load order, or conflicting mods/load order. I can't figure out the problem though. A friend downloaded one of the armor mods I have had no luck with, and it worked just dandy for him.

So... I take it none of you know what to do about this then? Cause I got Skyrim when it was on sale on Steam and it's been... well... you know already.

I hate this thing! For 2 day straight I am trying to solve this problem, whatever I found on net I tried, but nothing worked :(

It seems that I have this problem with all armor mods I tried, all of which are very popular (Wanderer armor, Hunter archer armor, Sensible DB armor, Armor of Intrigue etc.) The only armor mod that works is KvinVanNord armor mod (which is not craftable, it appears in a chest near Riverwood!

So far, my conclusions are: There is nothing wrong with the nifs I checked them all (+ this are all regular mods that work for 99% of people),

and there is nothing wrong with the load order of mods conflicting or anything like that (tried all possible combinations and it doesn’t work in a completely unmodded version of Skyrim!!!

I also tried to copy/paste files all around Skyrim/Data/meshes and textures/armor etc. as suggested in this forum thread:

It is killing me, I have tried everything, reinstalled Skyrim, and all 50+ modes I use several times, and no solution!
