VaanicOne
Ahem! I am looking for a mod that adds lots of land/quests/armour/weapons etc to the game, you see i have got bored with morrowind and i need to jive it up a little. so i ask your advice, do you know any such mod, it would be something along the lines of TR (expect i would something that is finished(please dont say sea of destiny  )). :innocent:
Malchik
Have a look at the thread I pinned in this forum. It lists several quality mods and will be added to as we review more. The Black Mill is also good provided you are playing the mod only and follow it straight through. I have a second version of the Black Mill from its developer to test but have had no time lately. Flightlessbird is looking at The Sword of Perithia, a total conversion mod. I will also have a report soon on The Amulet of Scrye and Ald Indoril and hopefully a few more from my fellow reviewers. Dilvish
I am part way into the Sword of the Perithia mod by Andre Sergoyan. It adds a new island kingdom named Rashman. Rashman is about twice the size of Solstheim and has new cities, mountains, forests, deserts, etc. So far, I've only seen part of the land. There is a main quest, three factions with quests, and a bunch of misc. quests. You can download it from The Lys. There is a 73 page Walk-Through and Strategy Guide you can download there too. Take a look at the guide if you think you may want to download the mod. The mod and latest patch is ~25 megabytes. You have to start the Sword of the Perithia with a new character. I also turned off all other mods per the author's instructions. You arrive in Seyda Neen and create your new character. You are given a package to deliver just like in Morrowind. The package has to go to Vivec though. You are instructed to take the same ship you arrived on up to Vivec. The ship encounters a storm and never makes it to Vivec. The story develops from there. There is a nice mix of easy, difficult, and real tough quests. There aren't as many trainers in Rashman or I haven't found them yet. Really valuable loot is scarce too. My character is only level 10 now and doing some of the easier quests. Maybe level 10's always wonder where the good loot is.I am enjoying the mod and would recommend it based on what I've seen so far. Caution to PuristsThe author used lots of cut and paste from Morrowind. If you go into a tavern in Izmir you'll see it's very similar to a tavern in Caldera. Tree Imps are tiny scamps and Infant Fire Drakes are cliff racers that spit fireballs. Some of the dialog and NPC names are tongue in cheek. Two high ranked officers in the Legion are named Major Paine and Colonel Sanders for example. If you want all-original content you may not enjoy this mod.
