Request: 2nd run intro cutscene upscale

Could anyone upscale the 2nd run intro cutscene for both Leon and Claire to 4k 60fps?

All cutscenes in game are rendered in real time but this one and it`s really jarring to start the second run with a 1080p 30 fps cutscene.

if any good soul could do that that, I guess not just me would benefit from this mod.
