Have you got any cracks in there? it won't work if you have, you'll need to put the originals back. overload1977 Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 you know why most games need the disks its becuase they are made to break from over use, so you have to buy it AGAIN!! this is why no cd/dvd cracks ect are made ....... if the computer game industry stops this alot of this so called hacking would stop..... its easy to stop people hacking make the games cheaper, and dont have silly programs like securom that dont work and made it harder to install and play, i had nightmares with Oblivion game of the year version, i had to take it back 3 times then i found out it was nothing to do with the game its self......... was the damn Oblivion verified game thing...... after 2 days of messing about with it i got it working lol this is why i`m never uninstalled Oblivion !!! ever...... ha ugh *little rant sorry heh* as three dogs would say "thanks for listening children" :thumbsup: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No matter how cheap you make the games there aee people who will not pay if there is a way to get them free - they are called thieves. Yes, the companies are making it harder on themselves by making it easier to steal the game than to play a legal version. If they insist on putting in useless 'copy protection' that only affects the legal users then they are encouraging thievery. If they don't put any protection on their games they are abetting thievery. No I don't like copy protection as it is done by game companies at present. Hopefully they can find a middle ground. However I am not holding my breath. If you actually manage to wear out your disk by using it, there is something wrong with your disk reader. If you damage it through misuse - such as allowing it to get scratched by not keeping it in a case - you should buy a new one.
