Looking for the F4NV Anti-Materiel Rifle by Toasty Fresh

It seems that Toasty Fresh has removed their F4NV Anti-Materiel Rifle mod from the nexus, and I fully respect their right to do so, especially considering the changes to nexus policies/terms of use that were made a while back. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a discord server, patreon, or something similar where they might post mods that they don't want to post on the nexus? I really enjoyed that mod back in the day, and am regretting not downloading it manually. Any help that can be given is appreciated.

Ok so yeah. Toasty took it off the net. However, Wardaddy (I'm going to give credit and not presume that it's somebody trying to pretend to be them) is still hosting the mod on bethesda.net.

You can download the mod thru the fallout 4 launcher. Then after clicking Mods and jumping through all of Beth's hoops, you can do a search for it. I found it just using anti

 

Tho I was searching the site on my computer, not the launcher.

 

Now, if you're using a mod installer program, once you've downloaded it... You MIGHT have to copy and paste it from your Data folder, into whatever folder your installer uses, to read mod files.

 

Scratch that. I should have looked closer, before posting. The only one I found on beth was for XB.

That's alright, I appreciate it anyway! I actually never even considered bethesda.net as a possibility. I guess I'm just so used to using the nexus. I should check out beth.net more often, though. I'm sure there are plenty of great mods that I'll be able to notice more easily there. That having been said, the nexus is still a pretty great place for Fo4 mods, despite its flaws.

Yeah, I tend to overlook bethnet as a source for mods too. Largely cuz... well... it's bethnet. :laugh: And I don't wanna have to boot up the game, then jump through the hoops of that signin that sometimes works, and sometimes doesnt to have to DL them. But yeah, there really are some really good mods on there. Some of which I downloaded years ago, and remain as staples in my game still.

That aren't available here, on Nexus.

I mean, pretty much every site that has active moderation is gonna have things that we agree, and disagree with. And Nexus is still a hub, regardless of the politics going on right now. Heck, I check the Fallout4 mods section daily, if not multiple times daily. And I don't even play the game anymore! :laugh: :laugh:

 

If you are looking for something similar to fill the void while you search for that particular mod. There's several good ones here. Rifle Anti Materiel Material and Sniper are all good search terms to use.
