Can someone please tell me what's going on?

I recently purchased Skyrim on Steam and I want to start my first PC playthrough. I start the game and I play and at random points the game crashes. First time it crashed was when I was walking down the hill with Hadvar (As soon as you finish unbound), then when I killed a thief with Hadvar and tried to loot him on the way to Riverwood. These crashes happen constantly and I'd just like to know what is going on and what mod is causing this (Can't really start uninstalling one by one and checking because it happens randomly). Also when I uninstall a mod (Any mod) it stops for a little while and then it starts again.

I think the problem might not be a specific mod but the amount of mods your running.

I agree with artificalsloth you need to pare down to about half of what you have listed and start a new game.
