How to get rid of the nose and cheek freckles

I am trying to get a clear complexion on my female V's face, but no matter what I am stuck with those ugly freckles along her cheeks and nose. I am using Spawn00000's body shape mods and their textures. I have also tried using some other complexion modes (Ava's and Koralina's) both with and without Spawn's textures - but none of this made any difference, the freckles remained.

I have blemishes set to "off" in the character creator and I have rotated through all 5 skin types.

 

Any ideas? I am looking to have the lovely clear complexions I see in screenshots.

I finally found the issue...it was Cheek Makeup!
