LE [REQ] Can someone make me a Script

So i am almost ready to release my mod http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1175012-reqwip-sheild-comabt-mod/

 

However the only thing left is either a Custom Enchant or Script that would allow me to add a armor rating on to the Shieldswordweapon thing, I just call it a BiCurious Shield.

I tried to make a enchantment/perk/magic effect of my own that could do it but just had no luck what so ever.

 

So if someone could make a script for it or knows a different way would much appreciated.

Perhaps add a simple script for on equip and on unequip, add and remove a perk? If you look at AgileDefender, you can see how it limits it to only light armor, and not light shields. You can change the first keyword to point to a unique one which you'll add to the shield and delete the second. Remove all of the other conditions from everywhere in the perk and make it hidden. Make sure to remove the "next perk" field. Also, change it from "Multiply Value" to "Add Value". It won't show up on the shield, though, so if you want it to, you could make a dummy enchantment that doesn't actually do anything but has the right description. If everything else is working, then that -might- work for the armor rating. Honestly, I don't think it will if the shield-thing doesn't already have some kind of armor rating, but it's all I can think of.
