warbut3
well, im trying to make a mod where there is a s***-ton of name brand clothes. i wanted to add shoes to the game so i made a mesh for them and textured them (when i textured them, i textured them in unused spots on the shirt and pants texture that was already in the game. its the shirt and pants with the perfect t-shirt.) i placed the mesh under the already there shirt and pants mesh in blender. them i combined them. i exported them, put them in the place of the previous shirt, shoes and boots, and saved it. when i did that, i put them into the geck and started up the game. when i put it on, it was all kinds of crazy. it was stretched out behind my guy and was layed out on the ground. when i walked, it moved with my guy but was all f***ed up. i tried looking for forum post for this but couldn't find any. i even tried sending messages to armor moders but they never said anything back. please help me. dangman4ever
Maybe your Blender export settings are off?
luthienanarion
Make sure that you delete the skeleton when you import an armor/clothing mesh. When you're finished with your outfit, highlight everything (A, as I recall) and then import the skeleton NIF with the "Import Skeleton Only + Parent Selected" option checked. Then highlight all again and export.
warbut3
my version of blender doesn't have a nif import and export option.
Polyfemus
You'll need to get the niftools blender plugin that'll allow you to import/export nif files. Here's a link: http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Blender Hope that helps. I'd love to see brand clothes in FNV.
