Download speeds over 1GB throttled to 544 kb/s - Premium user

I downloaded a collection for skyrim and the mods over 1GB are throttled down to 544kb/s as oppose to anything less than 1GB which downloads at 6MB/s. I flushed my DNS, restarted router, restarted PC, cleared cache, nothing seems to work and its super frustrating, considering that I didn't have such an issue before upgrading to premium. I even tried switching between different servers and nothing worked.

 

Edit: Never mind, switching back to the CND Server seems to have fixed the issue, although yesterday I was having the same exact problem with that server. Not sure what happen or if I did something wrong but now its fixed.
