Vortex dashlist "Recently Managed Mods" is empty though I am managing and playing Skyrim.

"Recently Managed Games" lists the three last games you managed before the current one so you can quickly switch between them. If you have no use for that because you're only managing a single game you might as well disable the dashlet.
