A few requests, one regarding Vats and one on col. Autumns pistol

One is with Melee VATS, is it possible to make a mod to allow you to target limbs with melee attacks? that was some of the best fun in the original fallout, and it seems kind of silly that its random with this.

 

Second, Col. Autumn's Pistol, the 10 mm version, seems to be a waste to be in, but not be able to get it without glitching. You're able to find his room, what if when he went there, he forgot his pistol? Since he's not seen with it ever again, it might be a nice place to simply stash it, and a nice little reward for those that find his room.

There was one attempt to my knowledge, and it didn't turned very well (plus it was limited to a single weapon).

That doesn't mean we won't get it, but it means we won't see it in the near future.

That part is pretty easy, it'll take maybe 5 minutes.
