Random CTD's on my modded New Vegas

So I have purchased and installed Fallout: New Vegas on Windows 7, on my Asus K35SD laptop. I recently reinstalled it after a full system restore (due to circumstances I shall not dwell on), and began downloading and installing mods, chiefly through the Nexus Mod Manager. I mostly used mods that I had downloaded before the system restore had cleared my hard drive.

 

However, my game CTD's at random intervals. Sometimes during loading screens, sometimes in the middle of a battle, sometimes when I am walking across the wasteland and minding my own business. I've tried every crash reducer, bugfix, crashfix, etc that I could find. However, the frequency of crashes has not changed. Now, I would like any sort of help anyone can supply.

 

(SIDE NOTE: Despite my ample enthusiasm for modifications and despite my 5+ years of playing games with such modifications, I am still very much a feeble knave when it comes to true knowledge of things such as esm's, esp's, bsa's, Wyre flashing, Wyre bashing, gang banging and esp-merging. So please be patient if my problem is trivial, easily-solved, a novice mistake, or if I don't understand a single word you say)
