Crashes when I try to use doors

Well, as it says, I crash everytime a try to use a door. Atm when I try to exit megaton, heres my load order if you can take your time to look over:

patch 1.5?

Disable autosave.. if it works, you're yet another person screwed by the 1.5 patch. Roll back to 1.0.0.15 + fakepatch

Do I have to take away all mods or uninstall fose and remove patch I allready have? Incase... How? xD

Just uninstall the game, it won't delete the mods. so you can move them to a temp folder, then install the game again, then move the mods back.
